Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of zyntrionz.com (the “Site”) and any social casino-style games, features, and virtual items we provide (together, the “Services”). By accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

2) Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful in your location.

3) Accounts and security

4) Acceptable use

Do not: (a) break laws; (b) cheat, exploit bugs, or use automation/bots; (c) harass others; (d) interfere with the Services (including probing or hacking); (e) copy, reverse engineer, or circumvent security except to the extent permitted by law.

5) Virtual currency, purchases, and refunds

We may offer optional in-app purchases for virtual items. Purchases grant a limited, revocable licence to use virtual items within the Services only. Prices and availability may change. Except where required by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986), purchases are non-refundable and virtual items are not exchangeable for cash.

6) Intellectual property and licence

The Services (including software, content, artwork, and trademarks) are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for personal entertainment, subject to these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that virtual items will always be available. Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, conditions, or warranties that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Disputes, governing law

If you have a complaint, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and the courts of New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
