1) Personal information we collect

• Account & profile: username, email, password hash, age/region where required, preferences.
• Gameplay & usage: in-game actions, session times, pages viewed, crash logs, performance data.
• Device & network: IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version, OS, language, approximate location (from IP).
• Support & communications: messages you send, attachments, and related metadata.
• Payments (if used): transaction references and status from payment providers; we do not store full card details.

2) How we use your information

• Provide and operate the service (account access, gameplay, customer support).
• Security, fraud prevention, moderation, and enforcement of rules.
• Analytics and service improvement (feature usage, reliability, debugging).
• Marketing communications only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3) Cookies, SDKs and similar technologies
